NEW TROPHY CAMPAIGN
For 2023 we are going to have an end of season presentation night. Something that we've not had for many years when it was voted out to keep more prize money in the pot. The combination of a new generation of enthusiastic players, and a venue willing to let us have the room and put on entertainment for free has led us to re-introducing the Presentation night. A Presentation night wouldn't be a Presentation night without having something to present. So the Committee will be asking teams to take a card around (same card for all teams, distributed by the Committee) a couple of times during the season to raise funds towards trophies.
Also we are asking companies to 'sponsor a trophy'. How this will work is the Company will pay £50 for advertising space both on the printed out League Table every month for the season, the same advert below this text and a plaque on one of the Trophies per £50 sponsored.
